the CAN+DID Box is a one-stop place for you to shop gifts or curated boxes at an affordable price. Starting September 2017, we are going to offer series of several types of boxes to fulfill your need in any occasions. You CAN choose either tasting/mini or premium box(es) and we'll deliver right to your door.
At the moment, we are only offering the CAN+DID gift/one-time box(es), in case you want to give a gift to someone or yourself. Prices vary, depending on the box(es), we recommended checking our shop. Shipping plus handling is $7.99 to any U.S. domestic address, and $14.99 to Canada. Please note that sales tax will be charged for orders placed with a shipping address in a state in which we operate, which is North Carolina. For our international customers, you are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are also not responsible for delays due to customs.
At the moment we are not offering any subscription service. However, we are planning to add a seasonal subscription box in the future. You will be notified via email when this happens, so make sure you subscribed to our newsletter and follow us on our social medias.
Unfortunately, all sales are final, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for boxes that have shipped. However, if the box or any of the products were damaged during shipment please send us an email at email@example.com and we will work with you to solve any problems.
We are a small business, so we are not responsible for the Post Office misplacing your package or it being stolen from your porch. However, we will evaluate replacing the items on a case by case basis. If your package is not properly delivered or is missing, please contact the post office first about locating it. DO NOT file a claim. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss your next options. If we are not notified within 10 days of delivery, we may not be able to replace/help locate the package. We may also require you to pay for new shipping with signature delivery if it is deemed necessary.
the CAN+DID Box ships via USPS to any U.S. domestic address and Canada. APO/FPO addresses should allow up to 7-10 days additional delivery time, and thank you for your service!
